Welcome Back, Tyee Park Families

Dear Tyee Park Families,

I hope you had a great summer. We are looking forward to welcoming our students back for another strong year at Tyee Park.

We are proud to share that preliminary assessment results show Tyee Park students achieved growth above the state average in both reading and math. This reflects the effort of our students, staff, and families. We look forward to building on that progress this year.

Please mark these important dates:

• August 26, 5:00–6:00 p.m.: Back-to-School Night. Families will have an opportunity to meet their child’s teacher and connect with other members of the Tyee Park community.
• September 2 and 3: Connection Conferences. Please log in to Skyward to sign up for a conference with your child’s teacher. This was one of our most enjoyable events last year, as it is an opportunity to build a strong relationship with your student's teacher prior to the start of the year. Our goal is 100% attendance.
• September 4: First day of school. The building opens at 8:10 a.m., and school begins at 8:30 a.m.

We are excited to see our students and families again. Welcome back, Tigers!
